Description

The MXR-sized enclosure allows for 6 minutes of recording, and features a high-quality sound with a sample rate of 88.2KHz.
You can change the loop speed to double or half (and the pitch will change too). You can also play it in reverse.

The Clone Looper pedal can be used in a variety of situations, from practicing at home to improvising with loops on stage and creating complex sounds in the studio. It allows for unlimited overdubs up to six minutes. Recorded loops are saved even when the pedal is turned off. A four-count LED flashes at the beginning of the loop, providing clear timing confirmation. Loops can be easily stopped and started. The final overdub can be easily undone. The MXR team set the pedal's sample rate to a maximum of 88.2 kHz, which can easily handle high-gain distortion. An analog through path preserves the original signal before looping, ensuring that the signal remains analog. Additionally, the Clone Looper pedal offers buffer bypass and true bypass switching. And all of this in a compact package—you couldn't ask for more!

The Clone Looper pedal captures the sonic imagination, offering sonic explorers the option to control the loop's speed—double speed (3-minute recording time) or half speed (12-minute recording time)—or even play it completely backward. An MXR Tap Tempo switch connected to the CTR jack allows for external control of these functions, while the EXP jack offers further functionality: a DVP volume pedal controls the loop's output level, and the MXR Tap Tempo activates Play Loop Once mode, allowing you to play the loop once without repeating, or retrigger the cue for DJ-style stutter effects.

The green LED indicates the beginning of the loop with a 4 count flash.

-Connect a DVP volume pedal to the EXP jack to control the output level, or connect an MXR Tap Tempo to control the Play Loop Once mode.
-Play Loop Once mode lets you play a loop just once, allowing you to cue up a DJ-style stutter effect loop.
