★Advanced Analog VCA Compressor
The Mastering Compressor has all the functionality of the Bettermaker VCA Compressor. It's a new generation analog VCA mastering compressor that offers digital control and recall while incorporating almost every musical expression function a compressor can offer in one box. All operations can be performed both on the unit itself using the 5-inch touchscreen and five encoders, or from a plug-in controller.

Peak or RMS detection and auto release. Switching between BM, SG and DX modes for the Bettermaker compressor. Switching between stereo, dual mono and M/S operation modes, solo mode and sidechain look-ahead function. HPF, LPF and adjustable parametric filter for sidechain and external hardware insert. Wet/dry control for parallel compression. Adjustable drive function for clipper and THD function for rich harmonic sound. Range setting and limiting of maximum gain reduction. High-pass filter on the input stage adjustable from 15 - 30 Hz. All parameters digitally controllable via DAW/plug-in. Internal PEAK/RMS level measurement. USB connection to MAC/PC. ●Compressor Mode◎BM Mode Bettermaker's original mastering compressor mode, with a very unique attack behavior, is the gentlest and most versatile. It operates over the widest range of settings and is ideal for drums and mix buses.
