Description

The ultimate noiseless, ultra-heavy high-gain distortion!

The channels are independent and both are designed to have the same tone, but the heavier channel can be set to a higher gain than the heavy channel.
You can intentionally make the voicing similar and use one channel as a booster for solo guitar, or you can use the "Mid Range Control" to change the voicing of both channels to create different channel sounds, allowing for a wide variety of sound creation. The "Weight" control, designed specifically for the earth-shattering low frequencies, opens up new horizons for distortion pedals.
This is your secret weapon for creating a tight, big-bottom sound in the low range.
Additionally, the Hi/Lo EQ section shared by both channels allows you to fine-tune the final output. This allows you to perfectly match the tone to your amp and cabinet, giving you complete control over the sound shaping of your heavy, high-gain sounds. There's also a built-in, excellent noise gate effect with selectable "natural" or "aggressive" settings.
It allows for incredibly quiet operation even when producing intense high gain tones.

・Power
It operates on a 9V to 18V DC power supply (center negative). Use with an AC adapter of 200mA or more.
・heavy / heavy
The two footswitches toggle between the two sections with each press. When one section is selected, pressing the footswitch again will bypass it. The LEDs will light up to indicate the currently active channel. When the LED is off, it is bypassed.
・mid freq
The "mid" EQ control has three center frequencies: 500Hz, 250Hz, and 2kHz. At the 12 o'clock position, it's neutral (boost and cut 0dB), while turning it fully clockwise provides a boost of +10dB and turning it fully counterclockwise provides a cut of -10dB.
・gain
Controls the gain (distortion amount) of each channel. The heavier channel allows for higher gain settings than the heavy channel.
・weight
This control changes the character of the low-frequency sound. Lower Weight settings produce a tight bass sound perfect for muted riffs. Higher settings produce a majestic low end with increased bottom-end volume. Unlike simple low-frequency equalization, the Weight control controls only the delicious low end that forms the core of the sound. Using it in conjunction with the Low EQ in the master section allows for even more precise control of the low frequencies. This is a new type of control that gives you true freedom to manipulate the "heavy lows" that are the heart of high-gain distortion.

・gate
This is a noise gate that detects silence and mutes the output.
・natural
The noise gate has a gentle slope, resulting in a very natural sound.
・aggr
This mode applies a stronger noise gate than normal. Use this mode if you have an aggressive playing style. If you have a playing style that expresses dynamics, select natural mode.
・trim
The sensitivity of the noise gate can be fine-tuned using the trim pot on the side of the pedal.
・hi
This equalizer equalizes the high frequencies of the signal sent to the output section. It is a gentle shelf curve starting around 3 kHz, with neutral (0 dB boost and cut) at the 12 o'clock position, +10 dB boost at the full clockwise position, and -10 dB cut at the full counterclockwise position.
・low
This equalizer equalizes the low frequencies of the signal sent to the output section. It is a gentle shelf curve starting at around 80 Hz, with neutral (0 dB boost and cut) at the 12 o'clock position, +10 dB boost at the full clockwise position, and -10 dB cut at the full counterclockwise position.
These hi and low equalizers are equalizers for the final output section and affect channels in both the heavy and heavier sections.
