★The legendary Abbey Road Studios API500 module version of the TG equalizer.
Chandler Limited and Abbey Road Studios have recreated the original equipment used in numerous historic recordings, including those of The Beatles, as EMI's "Official Equipment." The authentic analog sound that only hardware equipment can provide truly shines like a jewel.
The TG12345 MKIV is an API 500-compatible, single-spaced mono equalizer module. Its simple Presence and Bass controls deliver incredible equalization magic. Much of the musical magic of the historic EMI TG12345 recording console is due in large part to its beautifully resonant tone-imparting equalizer section, delivering the trademark smooth textures you expect from a single signal.
The Presence control has a bell-type curve and eight frequency options (and an OUT position), while the Bass control has a shelving-type curve and a switchable frequency of 150Hz/90Hz.
The TG12345 MKIV has the ultimate sound and feel of the Curve Bender, the most high-end mastering equalizer, making it a valuable piece of equipment that can add all the analog texture needed in modern recording environments.
●Product details
The Chandler Limited TG12345 MKIV EQ is a luxurious, fully discrete, handmade analog equalizer that recreates the circuit design and sound quality of the Curve Bender equalizer featured in the legendary TG12345 mixing console, which defined the sound of classic albums by artists such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, John Lennon, and George Harrison during the golden age of rock from the late 1960s through the 1970s.

The Presence control has eight frequency options (and an OUT position): the first seven frequencies (500, 800, 1.2, 1.8, 2.8, 4.2, 6.5kHz) use a bell-type EQ curve, while the 10kHz position uses a shelving-type EQ curve.
The Bass control has a shelving type EQ curve and a switchable frequency of 150Hz/90Hz.
Both feature continuously variable boost/cut controls, allowing you to tailor the sound to your liking.
