The PA-02 V2 uses the 102SSC precision conductor as its core conductor. The 102SSC precision conductor was handcrafted over a period of one and a half years, based on the concept of "producing universal materials with the world's highest level of technology and quality." The 102SSC precision conductor uses only virgin copper, without any recycled copper.
The 102SSC Precision Conductor not only utilizes this carefully selected base material, but also employs a wide range of techniques to create a single cable, including mechanical peeling to remove copper impurities, drawing with natural diamond dies, and two annealing processes during the process, resulting in an extremely smooth conductor surface (Special Surface Copper). The result is superior conductivity (102.3% IACS) far exceeding that of conventional copper wire. Furthermore, the diameter of each strand is within ±1μm, far exceeding the standard tolerance of ±8μm. These precision-crafted strands are the world's first to utilize a 3E twist structure(*) in the final twisting process. By twisting together three different wire diameters, air gaps between strands are minimized, improving strand density.
