Description
Description
The Beta 91A is the successor to the highly acclaimed Beta 91 boundary microphone for musical instruments. It features a newly designed microphone cartridge for improved sound quality. It also features a built-in preamp for greater ease of use.
Equipped with a newly designed condenser microphone cartridge, it captures the bold, powerful sounds of kick drums and the fast attack of pianos with studio-quality sound. Its wide dynamic range makes it easy to handle even high-sound pressure sources. It also features an EQ switch to enhance the sharpness of high frequencies and the power of low frequencies. The uniform half-cardioid polar pattern minimizes the influence of rear noise and ensures reliable pickup of sounds from the front. It also provides ample margin for feedback.
The BETA 91A offers high usability, even in harsh environments. Its built-in preamp allows for output via a standard XLR cable. The connectors are less likely to malfunction, and the wiring is simple, eliminating setup time and effort. Furthermore, the steel grille and die-cast body ensure excellent durability.
