ADAM subwoofers fully utilize their capabilities to achieve the ultimate goal of ``music reproduction with complete fidelity.''
This means achieving high power and accuracy at the same time, without sacrificing fidelity for "comfortable sound pressure" low frequency reproduction.The job these subwoofers are tasked with is to extend the clarity and transparency for which ADAM monitors are so acclaimed, even further down the frequency spectrum.
■ Equipped with XLR and RCA
ADAM's subwoofer series features both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs and outputs, and is equipped with a control panel that allows it to be adapted to any acoustic environment.
The control panel has an output control from -60 dB to +6 dB, a ±180° phase converter switch, a sub-filter for high frequencies (50 Hz to 150 Hz), and an 85 Hz high-pass filter switch for the satellite outputs. It also has a signal-on continuous mode switch that turns the subwoofer on when a signal is input and turns it off if there is no input signal for 15 minutes.

It features a robust 8-inch woofer with a 50 mm voice coil and is driven by a 160 W ICE amplifier that maintains low temperatures even during sustained high-output playback.
A bass reflex duct is provided on the bottom to prevent unnecessary exhaust noise.
The front panel features input sensitivity and crossover frequency controls, allowing you to adjust the sound quality to suit your studio. It also comes with a remote controller, allowing you to operate it remotely from your preferred listening position.
