~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item.~~~~~
SCANDAL MAMI Signature Model
This is the latest model from MAMI, the lead guitarist of SCANDAL, who celebrated their 15th anniversary in 2021 and have successfully completed numerous world tours and arena performances. The arched top and bound body shape are covered in Vintage White with a matching headstock, giving it a highly original look. The Mami Custom Humbucking Pickup, engraved with a geometric pattern designed by MAMI herself, can handle an astonishingly wide range of genres, from deep distortion to sparkling clean tones.
The neck features a compound back shape that transitions from a Modern C to a D from the lower frets to the higher frets, combined with a compound radius fingerboard. This, along with the heel-cut joint, makes it suitable for technical playing styles. Furthermore, to avoid interfering with hard playing, the master volume and master tone knobs are placed in the usual tone knob position, and the two-point tremolo bridge ensures tuning stability, making this Stratocaster® a realization of MAMI's ideal, with practicality for stage use in mind.
The product name, OMOCHI (meaning "rice cake"), was chosen by the artist himself, based on the Japanese pattern designed on the pickup, the body color, and the sound. In addition to its soft appearance, it features the powerful and solid tone essential to SCANDAL's music, as well as a soft and supple clean tone like rice cake.
