Designed by amp builder Dave Friedman, the BE (Brown Eye) circuit has been accepted and recognized for over a decade as the quintessential classic British guitar tone. And this newly designed BE-100 Deluxe takes the BE circuit to an all-new level, just as its younger sibling, the BE-50 Deluxe, did.
Inheriting all the tonal characteristics of the original BE-100—its incredible flexibility and gorgeous sound—this new Deluxe model is finally a fully independent 3-channel amp. With the addition of gain and master controls to the HBE channel, a new Plexi-clean channel borrowed from the coveted Smallbox amp, and newly equipped response, frequency, and thump knobs, these are just some of the features you can enjoy with this new flagship amp designed by Dave.

[BE and HBE overdrive channels]
Friedman's BE and HBE drive channels are renowned for their high-gain crunch, clarity, and nuance, but this new Deluxe model features two independent gain and master controls, allowing for a wider range of expression in each circuit.

[Smallbox Plexi Channel]
The BE-100 Deluxe model features a brand-new clean channel inspired by the Smallbox amp's Plexi channel, not only producing a normal clean tone, but also allowing you to bring out the iconic Plexi tonal character using gain, volume, and 3-band EQ controls.

[Flexible Master Section]
The BE-100 Deluxe model not only features three preamp channels with all the necessary controls, but also boasts a perfectly balanced power section to deliver them. Its remarkable flexibility allows you to adjust the overall tonal character of the amplifier by utilizing the presence knob on the front panel, the three-position switch to toggle between frequency and response, and the thump knob control.
Each player has their own unique and different style, but by treating these control sections as the EQ of the power amplifier, we've made it possible to more precisely shape the overall tone of the power section to your preferred tone.

[Highly transparent effect loop]
While using an effects loop can sometimes degrade tone, Dave Friedman's ultra-transparent effects loop brilliantly solves that problem that guitarists have been experiencing. You'll even forget you're using an effects loop.
