The 73 DI One is an active single-channel DI box with a custom transformer, reminiscent of the vintage 73 series.
It perfectly captures the instrument's original tone, delivering a pleasant, dynamic sound with brilliant highs, solid lows, and rich mid- and low-range sounds.
・A design that took 15 years to create, with a tradition spanning over 50 years
Since the beginning, Heritage Audio has been a fan of the 73 topology, especially its signature 3055 transformer-coupled Class A output stage. Over the years, we have adopted the legendary 3-transistor topology circuit to create the ultimate DI.
Bring out your true tone While active DI boxes often work best with passive instruments like guitars and basses, the 73 DI One's generous headroom also makes it useful for connecting keyboards, synths, drum machines and samplers to a PA or recording system.
Passive basses will feel a new lease of life with sparkling highs, solid lows, and the rich low-mid range that the 73 is known for.
The Fender Rhodes delivers the most beautiful bell-like tone you've ever heard, while the Wurlitzer delivers a pleasant saturation that makes it sound as if it were amplified.
Meticulously designed for vintage sound, the 73 DI One delivers exceptional performance, capturing the organic overtones of every instrument and track, delivering a rich, dynamic sound. Housed in a rugged, beautiful case, it's perfect for touring and easy to set up.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
