The much talked about bass Sire, which impressed Marcus Miller and was given the go ahead to bear his name, is now in stock!
Sire, in partnership with Marcus Miller and Larry Carlton, offers players superior quality instruments at a great value. This model features a classic JB shape, an alder body, and a rosewood fingerboard, with block inlays and binding reminiscent of 1970s design. The fingerboard edges are smoothed with "Rolled Fretboard Edges," ensuring exceptional playability.
The pickups are Marcus Miller Super-J Revolution pickups with USA plain enamel coils, producing high-resolution, clear sound. The 18V active 3EQ controls, as well as passive tone and mid-frequency switching, allow for a wide range of tonal versatility, from a Marcus-esque rasp sound to a mellower tone. These specifications and sounds are hard to believe for this price range.
