Description

We have a special model in stock that features the quality you can only expect from a custom shop and our custom-ordered color, "Black Pearl"!

The body and head are a deep black pearl color, giving this guitar both elegance and presence.
The metallic sheen changes appearance depending on the light, appearing silver or charcoal depending on the angle, giving it a strong presence on stage. The natural aging finish of Journeyman Relic perfectly recreates the look and feel of a guitar that has been played for years, creating a truly vintage feel that exudes an exceptional level of perfection even from its exterior.

The specs are an alder body, a quarter-sawn maple neck, and a luxuriously constructed AAA-grade rosewood fingerboard with rounded edges.
The traditional 1960 Jazz Bass U-shaped neck has just the right amount of thickness, providing a comfortable grip and a stable feel. The meticulous finish of each part, including the bone nut and vintage-style hardware, demonstrates the craftsmanship of the instrument down to the finest details.

As for the sound, from the moment you pick it, you can feel the powerful natural resonance that makes the entire body resonate.
When played through an amplifier, the thick bass and powerful punch of the low mids come to the forefront, while the three-dimensional overtones give the sound image depth and a sense of air. The high frequencies also have a wide range, with a lustrous texture rather than a sparkling quality, which works to tighten the overall sound. As a result, the bass blends naturally into an ensemble while maintaining its definition, creating the "supple presence" that is unique to jazz basses.

Weighing approximately 4.32 kg, it delivers a solid sound while also providing a sharp response to the player's touch.
This guitar allows you to experience the essence of Fender Custom Shop, which has reconstructed the ``1965 style'' that lies somewhere between tradition and innovation with modern precision and sensibility.
