[50th Anniversary Model Release of Acrylic Shell Snare Drum, Passionately Supported by Fans for its Incredible Stage Appearance]
Acrylic shell drum kits have captured the hearts of many drummers since the 1970s, thanks to their unique appearance and distinctive sound, which differs from that of wooden shells. TAMA first released the acrylic shell drum kit as a Royalstar model in 1974, and has since released limited edition models such as the Starclassic Mirage (2007) and Silverstar Mirage (2014). To commemorate its 50th anniversary, the Starclassic Mirage has been re-released as a limited edition model.
The high transparency of this limited edition acrylic shell creates a dazzling glow when illuminated on stage. Its powerful attack and fat sound are also a major draw, providing consistent sound projection regardless of humidity or temperature. The Starclassic Mirage's sophisticated visuals and exceptional sound presence will instantly captivate anyone who sees it.
