Bacchus Global Series Limited Model
The roasted maple neck is a Bacchus innovation, using roasted maple for the neck. Because any wood that would warp during the roasting process is removed at that point, the wood used for the neck is highly resistant to warping and twisting, making it a guitar that will last a long time despite its relatively affordable price.
24-fret design and stainless steel jumbo frets for technical playing. The TACTICS24, as its name suggests, features 24 frets. The frets are made of stainless steel jumbo frets. Because they are harder than strings, they are less likely to deteriorate over time. They also offer excellent slippage, allowing for smooth fingering and choking.
◆Heel cut processing to support playing on the higher frets The joint between the neck and body (heel) has been carved down, resulting in a heel cut. By eliminating the joint plate, the neck fits comfortably in the hand when playing on the higher frets, creating a natural shape that feels comfortable.
The Locking Tuner features a mechanism whereby turning the wheel on the back of the tuning peg raises the rod inside the string post, pinching the string and locking it in place. This dramatically improves tuning stability by reducing the number of turns around the string post.
Wilkinson 2-Stud Tremolo Unit: While typical tremolo units use six screws to support the bridge, this model uses the Wilkinson/WVS50IIK tremolo unit, which uses two studs on each side. This provides a wide range of arm movement, approximately 1.25 steps down and 1 step up.
In addition, even if the tension fluctuates due to arm movements, the load is only placed on two points, which means that tuning is more stable than with a six-point support tremolo unit.
Graphtech TUSQ Nut: Maximizes Resonance. The Graphtech TUSQ nut, a world-class standard used by top luthiers and manufacturers, is used for the nut. The TUSQ nut is designed to efficiently transmit string vibrations from the body to the bridge, delivering rich resonance from high to low tones and even overtones. It also provides excellent string glide, contributing to tuning stability.
◆2 Humbuckers + Coil Tap Switch The pickups are equipped with two humbuckers. They produce a rounded, powerful sound with a deep bass, and you can expect a clean sound with presence. The humbuckers are also noise-resistant, making them a perfect match for heavy distortion, from metal to other genres. This versatile design makes it a versatile instrument.
A coil tap switch is a switch that cancels the signal from one coil of a humbucker pickup, which is made up of two coils connected together, and allows only the signal from the other coil to be transmitted, allowing you to produce the sound of only one coil, in other words, a sound similar to a single coil.
As mentioned above, humbuckers are characterized by a round, powerful sound with a bass bias, but by switching between them with the coil tap switch, it is also possible to produce a crisp sound similar to that of a single coil.
