JUNO reeds are made from thinner cane than those used in traditional and V.12 reeds, resulting in a flexible and supple reed.
By deliberately using an unfiled cut, we have achieved fast response and high flexibility.
This model was developed to be easy to play and produce a resonant sound, making it enjoyable for those playing an instrument for the first time.
In addition, the strings are slightly softer than the Traditional Series, and we have researched cutting methods and other features to make them more affordable so that players can start learning reed instruments.
JUNO reeds are an affordable option that allows more people to continue playing instruments and enjoy them.
For players looking to level up and achieve a more powerful, more sonorous sound, we recommend stepping up to the Traditional, V.12 or V21 series.
