A collaborative project with tube expert Jim Hagerman, SILT was created specifically for those seeking a harmonically rich fuzz. Featuring an analog drive circuit with the distinctive warmth of a 12AU7 tube, SILT allows you to explore unique and wild sounds. This 2-in-1 fuzz pedal creates an incredibly rich fuzz tone that's perfect for chords and rhythmic parts with the Harmonic switch.
-12AU7 Tube Drive
The 12AU7 tube section produces a warm, chunky fuzz sound. This sonic fossil has been unearthed, enveloping the sound in amber warmth while providing the grit, growl, and harmonically complex textures that tube fuzz is known for.
-Harmonic Mode
Harmonic Mode acts as a frequency doubler before the drive section of the pedal, creating a crisp, octave-like sound that adds a unique edge to lead tones. Try it with your guitar's tone knob turned off.
-Contour Control
The Contour control precisely refines your fuzz tone for a wide range of tones. The pre-tube EQ stage switches between high-pass (up), flat (mid), and low-pass (down) curves. This is especially useful when switching between different pickup styles. Whether you're looking for searing leads or woolly rhythms, the Silt adapts surprisingly well to your style.
