Description
Overdrive pedals have long been an essential part of many guitarists' sound-shaping routines. As a result, there are countless overdrive pedals available, and Walrus Audio has chosen not to produce anything but the essentials. The AGES is packed with innovative features, making it a one-of-a-kind overdrive pedal that can be used for any style. It also pairs perfectly with other overdrive pedals.
AGES delivers another unforgettable sound.

◆You can adjust the blend of the drive sound and the dry (original sound). By blending the dry sound, you can get a solid overdrive sound with the feeling of cranking the amp. Of course, you can also cut the dry sound.

The BASS control, located before the overdrive, corrects for any muddiness or thinness in the sound caused by the pickup type. The TREB control, located after the overdrive, adjusts the high frequencies after the drive.

◆The MODE switch is a rotary switch that allows you to select from five combinations of gain and clipping.
You can choose between soft and hard clipping with silicon or LED. This single overdrive can be used for any style, from vintage sounds to psychedelic hard drive sounds, regardless of genre.

◆It also works great with other overdrive pedals. It also works great as a booster.

[DRY]
The dry (original sound) blend can be adjusted. By blending the dry sound, you can create a solid overdrive sound, giving you the feeling of cranking the amp. You can also cut the dry sound.
[BASS]
Controls the cut/boost of the low frequencies before the overdrive. Turning the knob clockwise boosts the low frequencies, while turning it counterclockwise cuts them. This is useful for enhancing thin-sounding pickups and cutting muddiness when using humbuckers.
[MODE]
Mode switch allows you to select from five combinations of gain and clipping.
