Following on from the Cloudburst, Strymon's second release in a compact, modern form factor, the BRIG delivers a truly classic delay in a compact package, adding a deep, captivating tone with organically evolving repeats.
This model utilizes dBucket technology, developed through extensive research into previous BBD products, to deliver three different analog delay tones that have been meticulously calculated and carefully crafted down to the smallest detail.
You can switch between the completely different character of the "3205" voice, the "3005" voice, and multi-voices, and it also supports seamless tap tempo, stereo operation, easy-to-use simple controls, and expression pedals.

The BRIG features a robust aluminum body and premium specifications such as a discrete JFET analog front end, excellent 116dB S/N performance, a powerful ARM Superscalar processor, stereo input/output, and full MIDI control, providing a truly organic echo experience unlike any other.

dBucket technology, designed after extensive research into BBD products, delivers three distinct analog delay tones that are meticulously calculated and carefully crafted down to the smallest detail.
The 3205 voice creates a wide range of sounds, from harsh repeats that evolve into feedback, gorgeous slapback echoes, to psychedelic sci-fi effects.
The "3005" voice recreates two MN3005 BBD chip circuits, delivering a soft, dreamy, warm, long delay.
The multi-voice setting replicates two cross-coupled delay lines with a clean dBucket delay, creating a complex and vast stereo soundscape through a golden time combination. Even at extreme settings, almost to the brink of self-oscillation, the tone remains musical and clear.

BRIG offers immense power and versatility in a compact, beautifully designed form factor, with three distinct delay voices, seamless tap tempo, stereo operation, easy-to-use controls, and even expression pedal support.
The input stage features a high-impedance, ultra-low noise Class A JFET stereo input preamplifier that delivers exceptional touch sensitivity, dynamics, and feel.
Tempo, patch saving/recall, and various other operations can be performed freely via MIDI control, and there is also a USB-C jack for MIDI control from a computer and firmware updates. This unit is made with premium components and boasts a rugged construction that can withstand daily tough use.

■ Seamless Tap Tempo ■
Modern technology allows for a seamless tap function, something not possible with analog delays. This eliminates pitch shifts, clicks, ramps, and mutes. The Time knob lets you freely recreate delay character changes, from Bucket Brigade (BBD) pitch shifts to space-fueled sonic effects. Tap in your desired tempo and BRIG will smoothly transition to the new tempo without losing any groove.

■Magical Modulation■
BRIG's modulation is different for each of the three delay types, designed to create beautiful, rich modulation at any delay time and modulation speed. The two cross-coupled ping-pong delay line-based multi-delays are perfect for creating a massive stereo field. Furthermore, you can set it to 3205 or 3005 to create amazing stereo effects like never before.
