Vintage "Old K" Istanbul K Zildjian hi-hats now in stock!

We have received a hi-hat cymbal from Stamp that appears to have been manufactured during the Older New Stamp period (1967-1972).

The actual measured diameter of both is approximately 35.4 cm, so we can safely recommend this pair as 14-inch size.

Unusually for this age, the pieces fit together almost perfectly, with the top and bottom fitting together very well.

The hole diameter is large enough that it should be possible to mount either unit on top or bottom on current hi-hat stands from various manufacturers without any problems.
*We have confirmed in store that either top can be set on Yamaha, Tama, and Pearl hi-hat stands and clutches.

A dry, chic sound and half-open sound, like tissue paper being torn apart.
The rich and elegant sound that is consistent from closed to open without any harshness is the true essence of Old K.
This is a set that allows you to fully enjoy the delicate yet moderately mellow sound that can only be found in vintage instruments.

The edges of both the top and bottom are clean and almost smooth, and considering its age, it is in very good condition and can still be used for a long time.
