Please note that the MMX 300 is a passive headphone, and the maximum volume depends on the performance of the built-in sound card. Therefore, the maximum volume may vary depending on the platform you are playing on. For PS5 controllers, the standard jack plug is noticeably slightly loose. This phenomenon is observed with various products that have standard plugs. As a result, the plug may become slightly loose, causing the microphone to disconnect.
