The Bettermaker Stereo Passive Equalizer (SPE) is for those who want exceptional analog EQ quality with the convenience of fast, accurate recall and automation in their DAW. ■Digital Section
The Stereo Passive Equalizer's sound comes from pure analog filters based on the quality of precisely matched capacitors and inductors, however all controls and user interaction are performed in the digital domain, thus opening up options and possibilities not found in standard analog equalizers.

The digital section of the Stereo Passive Equalizer is based on a high-speed 32-bit microcontroller with dedicated firmware programmed into its memory (firmware can be updated via the USB connection), which controls the analog filter parameters, the user interface, preset management, audio measurements, the USB connection, and monitors other SPE functions.
DAW integration
The Bettermaker Streo Passive Equalizer can communicate with your DAW via a USB connection, appearing as an HID device and being controllable via the Bettermaker Stereo Passive Equalizer Plugin.
