Description
Description
8BIT/8kHz Pitch Shifter + Ring Modulator + Bit Crusher + Arpeggiator.
A lo-fi, electronic pitch generator using secret clocking technology from the future.
ROBOT uses an IC chip originally designed for a voice changer toy.
This lo-fi professor can pump out nasty fuzz tones, sparse sampled octaves, ring modulation, bit crushing and more.
Once you play it, you'll see an 80s computer playing lead parts in a band.
Robot is a super lo-fi 8-bit pitch transport fuzz.
This is a one-of-a-kind robot fuzz that is a must-have for anyone who loves robotic voices.
A crazy synth and transformer with four modes: normal, octave down, octave up, and arpeggiator.
Each mode setting and control knob allows you to manipulate the fuzz sound with a mysterious 8-bit transporter effect.
In NORMAL mode, if you turn the control knob all the way up you get a "normal fuzz sound" that's not a robotic voice, and this fuzz sound is also heavy and cool.
Turning the control knob back a little at a time gradually adds a robotic quality to the sound.
The arpeggio mode produces some incredibly cool rhythmic arpeggio patterns, allowing for some seriously cool robot arpeggio playing.
A new genre of Robo Fuzz with a truly Lo-Fi 8-bit presence.
■CONTROLS
・Volume: Master volume ・Control Knob: The knob on the far right changes the pitch of the effect. Turning it fully clockwise will set the highest pitch (fastest speed). Turning it counterclockwise will gradually slow the speed and lower the pitch. If you are using the arpeggiator, this will slow down the speed of the phrase.
・Rotary Selector: The rotary selector is marked with four icons. It allows you to change the ROBOT's operation mode in four stages.
1. Normal mode: In this Normal mode, when the control knob is set to maximum 1, the sound is output at the same pitch as when it was converted to 8-bit digital format, allowing you to play a normal fuzz sound. Turning the knob back to minimum produces pitch down and pitch fluctuation, creating a "robot effect."
2. Octave Down Mode: This is the Octave Down mode. With the control knob at its maximum, it produces a nasty octave down sound. Turning the knob back down will bend the pitch.
3. Octave Up Mode: This is the Octave Up mode. With the control knob at its maximum, you get a nasty octave up sound. Turning the knob back down will bend the pitch.
4. Arpeggiator mode: Generates "robot arpeggios" by raising and lowering the pitch. Combined with the built-in fuzz tone with ultra-long sustain, you can enjoy a variety of robotic sounds, from super-fast to slow. It produces highly rhythmic phrases, so when used in backing or solos, it's filled with a "robot" feel and a futuristic feel.
