Description

The TF11 combines the Austrian voicing of the C12 with the latest FET technology. Unlike other Alchemy amplifiers, the TF11 operates via phantom power rather than a dedicated power supply, delivering fast response, high SPL handling, low noise, and a beautiful, open, and detailed frequency response.
With its compact size and cardioid polar pattern, the TF11 is versatile and can be reliably used in any recording environment, from home to studio to stage.

Circuit Design
The TF11's circuit design, like other TELEFUNKEN microphones, features a unique combination of circuit elements: a CK12-style edge-terminated capsule, a single-membrane version of the capsule found in the TF51; and a unique amplifier based on a classic FET microphone amplifier, coupled with a custom nickel-core transformer manufactured by Carnhill in the UK.
All other components are also premium quality, including British-made polystyrene film capacitors, Nichicon Fine Gold electrolytic capacitors, and a high-performance, ultra-low noise JFET amplifier.
