■Product Features●The center conductor is made of precision conductor 102SSC. 102SSC uses only virgin copper, without any recycled copper content. A wide range of techniques, including mechanical peeling to remove copper impurities, wire drawing using natural diamond dies, and two in-process annealing, are used to achieve an extremely smooth conductor surface (Special Surface Copper). The result is superior conductivity (102.3% IACS) that far exceeds that of standard copper wire. Furthermore, the wire diameter is within ±1μm, far exceeding the standard tolerance of ±8μm. Furthermore, the 102SSC precision conductor is crafted through meticulous attention to detail, including a focus on conductor freshness, minimizing shipping and production start times, and implementing production management.
By using a 1.0Φ solid wire with a sufficient conductor diameter and the high-quality precision conductor 102SSC, transmission loss due to conductor resistance is prevented.
