Description
The advantage of installing audio equipment on spikes is that the propagation of vibrations can be efficiently suppressed at the point of contact between the equipment and the floor, improving sound response, S/N ratio, and resolution.
The spike holder "INS-SP" has been extremely well-received for its overwhelming cost performance. Now, the spike "INS-US" has been released as a companion to the INS-SP.
The INS-US is made from high-rigidity stainless steel and is NC-machined with high precision. It has high dimensional accuracy and is strong enough to withstand a single point load. This is the ultimate compact spike, unrivaled by any other.
■Features
◆SUS303, a high-rigidity material ideal for spikes, is used in the ``INS-US'', which uses high-precision computer-controlled cutting of stainless steel.The SUS303 stainless steel exhibits superior properties compared to other metals, and is particularly hard, making it an ideal high-rigidity material for spikes, which require high strength to withstand a single point load.
"INS-US" features high-precision stainless steel cutting using computer control, achieving the high dimensional accuracy required of spikes. Furthermore, by applying a minute R (R0.5) to the spike tip, crushing of the spike tip is eliminated.
This allows for perfect point contact with the spike holder without any wobble or deformation.
◆The SUS303 stainless steel used in the "INS-US" barrel polished finish is resistant to rust and other corrosion and has a semi-gloss finish. A strong passive film (a film made of Cr and O) is formed on the surface, making it resistant to rust and other corrosion and maintaining its beautiful appearance for a long time.
The surface of the "INS-US" has a chic semi-gloss barrel polished finish, which blends seamlessly into your system.
◆ When combined with the INS-SP, it achieves the best-matched point contact. The INS-US is designed with the same design concept and size as the INS-SP to maximize its effectiveness when used in combination. Using them as a pair achieves the ideal point contact insulation.
◆In combination with the INS-BS, you can further tune the sound quality. The "INS-US" is a 20mm diameter spike that can be fitted into the multi-bass insulator "INS-BS." In combination with the "INS-BS," you can further tune the sound quality. Enjoy a variety of settings.
