Description

FACTORY PEDAL Series - Faster production speed and lower product prices while maintaining pedal quality -

The Forest Green Compressor (FGC) is a compression pedal designed by BJF for high-end guitars and basses.

It has extremely low noise across the entire range and a high margin against overload, minimizing distortion and noise while achieving a wide dynamic input range.
The FGC features a special tone control that allows you to fine-tune the compression sound for a transparent tone and effect. It's switchable between compressor and sustainer, and the SUSTAIN mode produces a long-sustained, highly dynamic, touch-sensitive tone. It retains its attack, making it a great choice for blues players and slide players.

[SPECIFICATIONS]
■CONTROLS
LEVEL: In COMPRESSOR mode, it adjusts the overall volume, so you can use the FGC as a booster. In SUSTAIN mode, it adjusts the level of the sustain part rather than the overall volume control.
COMPR.: Sets the amount of compression and sustain. Lower settings limit peaks, while higher settings increase compression and reduce touch response. At maximum settings, the output is heavily compressed, but remains clear even with nearly infinite sustain. The recommended position for this control on a guitar is slightly below center (10 o'clock).
TONE: The FGC's tone control is designed to fine-tune the compression sound for transparent tones and effects. Fully counterclockwise provides full-range compression, the center position provides a tight sound with a bit of bottom end suppression, and fully clockwise provides a slightly reduced upper treble sound.
COMPRESSOR/SUSTAIN SWITCH: Attack and decay times are precisely tuned and internally set to create a fast attack and slow decay. Set to SUSTAIN to preserve the attack and amplify the decay and softer parts of the signal, facilitating dynamic touch and playability. Set to COMPRESSOR for standard compression.
