A stylish redesign of the classic condenser microphone
The history of AKG microphones, which have captivated countless artists and engineers around the world, was built on large diaphragm condenser microphones.
The delicate, transparent, and rich sound exemplified by the C12VR and C414B is produced by the large diaphragm.
Despite its low cost, the C3000B has been well-received for its stable sound image and inherited its sound quality, and now it has been redesigned with a stylish black color, while maintaining the same sound quality and specifications.
Featuring a large, 1-inch, 6-micron-thick gold-coated diaphragm, it boasts excellent transient characteristics on par with higher-end models. Additionally, it delivers astonishing high-frequency extension and flat low frequencies that are best in its class. This highly sensitive diaphragm is isolated from external vibrations by AKG's proprietary four-point internal suspension, and the included H100 suspension holder absorbs microphone stand vibrations, a clever design that eliminates external vibrations and noise.
