Channel 1 is the INTERSTELLAR OVERDRIVER, and Channel 2 is built to further warp the circuit's possibilities.
The rotary controller selects sharp drive, INTERSTELLAR OVERDRIVER x2, bass overdrive, oscillating fuzz, octave tone, and envelope-controlled tremolo.
Channel 1 is connected directly to channel 2, so the sound can be changed in seven ways by combining the four MASTER and DRIVE knobs.
Channel 2 is the ultimate transparent overdrive, pushing its potential to another dimension.
All in this little pedal.
The Interstellar Overdrive Deluxe is a deluxe edition that combines the tube amp-like overdrive (Interstellar Overdrive), tuned with Death By Audio's (DBA) flair, with six options.
The first stage features the highly acclaimed Interstellar Overdriver, while the second stage offers six different types of fuzz, drive, envelope-controlled high-speed tremolo, and more.
The first and second channel sections are each equipped with a footswitch, allowing each channel to be used individually or mixed together.
From light boost sounds to swirling high gain drive, glitchy fuzz tremolo, oscillating fuzz, octave fuzz, bass drive and more.
The many distortion variations that can be created with just one Interstellar Overdriver Deluxe unit all sound amazing.
This deluxe overdrive was born from DBA's passion for distortion.
■CONTROLS
・Master knob: Each channel has its own independent master volume, making it easy to balance the gain adjustments.
・Drive knob: This can also be set for each channel. You can adjust the gain (distortion) for each channel.
・Rotary Selector (selector knob): Allows you to select the sound of the later channel from the following five options.
1: Thin Drive: A thin drive sound that, when mixed with the basic distortion sound, increases the gain and creates a nasty, fuzz-like sound.
2: Normal Interstellar Overdriver: The same Interstellar Overdrive circuit as the previous stage. This mode is useful for creating lead tones by varying the gain between channels 1 and 2 or by turning them on together.
3: Bass Overdriver: A distorted sound that extracts the low frequencies. This mode is useful when you want to add a heavy fuzz to an electric bass or synth bass.
4: Super Oscillating Fuzz: An "oscillation fuzz" that can be used alone or in multiple channels. It features high-frequency oscillation.
5: Octave Fuzz: The Octave Fuzz is a cool sound that sounds great on its own or in multiple channels. It's a fuzz sound with distinctive octave overtones.
6. Envelope Controlled Tremolo: An intense, high-speed tremolo effect controlled by an envelope. Extreme.
NOTE: Channel 1 (first distortion section, Interstellar Overdriver) is the right footswitch and control.
Channel 2 is the post-distortion section, with six variations selectable via a rotary switch.
