Description
Description
A tone that pushes the amp's speakers to their limits.
This perfect overdriver perfectly replicates the sound of a cranked amp at full volume.
We've done extensive research to eliminate the unnatural noise that occurs when transistors are overloaded, delivering the best tone possible without interfering with the instrument's natural sound.
In addition to the huge volume range, the pedal's own gain stage pushes your amp's speakers even further.
This is exactly what overdrive should be like.
Interstellar Overdrive is an amp-like distortion pedal that reproduces the "natural and loud overdrive" that can only be obtained by turning up a real tube amp to full volume.
The beautiful, transparent overdrive sound, created using discrete circuits, works as a clean/clipping booster when the OVERDRIVER knob is turned down, then crunches in the middle and smoothly gains up, truly recreating the characteristics of a tube amp.
Deeper distortion creates a rich overtone sound. Turning the volume back just a little cleans up the sound, making it a highly responsive overdrive pedal.
The film also evokes the sensory resonance of the New York indie scene, with a pale, skinny guitarist strumming chords in a dimly lit live music venue.
This is a truly highly refined overdrive.
