Description
Description
The chorus sound is assigned to the R side of the pedal. When used in mono, all three phases are mixed. By mixing and outputting three individual chorus sounds, it produces a chorus sound with a breadth and depth that goes beyond the realm of a typical stereo chorus. Conventional choruses have had several issues, such as pitch misalignment, a blurred sound image in the low range, and noise generated during modulation. FREE THE TONE has combined analog and digital technology and used its unique know-how to solve these issues and create a completely new chorus pedal.
While the previous TA-1H could store settings in four presets, the new TA-2H dramatically increases this number to 128. It also features the same AD/DA converters used in the FLIGHT TIME digital delay, allowing you to enjoy a warmer mid-low range sound. Experience the TA-2H's potential to create a wide variety of sounds that go beyond the conventional concept of a chorus pedal.
- The number of presets that can store settings has been significantly increased to 128.
(Only presets 1 to 4 can be recalled using the unit itself. Using a MIDI controller will allow you to recall all presets from 1 to 128.)
The tone adjustment for the chorus sound has been changed from the HI-CUT control to the TONE control. Turning it to the right cuts the low frequencies, and turning it to the left cuts the high frequencies. This allows for a wider range of sound creation.
・In the TA-1H, the dry mix was 100% wet → 50% dry / 50% wet, but in the TA-2H, the dry mix was 0% →
Now it's 100%. You can now fine-tune the chorus sound.
- It has three independent signal paths that can be individually modulated (to change the pitch), and a dry signal path that can be mixed as an analog signal.
- By shifting each of the three modulation signal paths by 120 degrees, the unique widening effect of the three-phase chorus is achieved.
Supports both stereo and mono operation. When used in mono, all three modulation signal paths are mixed, allowing for a wide variety of sound creation.
- Using a 24-bit AD/DA converter and FREE THE TONE's unique signal processing and algorithms, we have created a next-generation chorus sound with reduced noise.
-You can connect an expression pedal to the EXP jack to control the RATE or TONE in real time.
