Walrus Audio's compressor, Deep Six, has been updated with premium tone and playability.
Released in 2012, Deep Six is a recreation of the studio-grade compressor Universal Audio 1176, which has become a staple on pedalboards worldwide.
We have released various color variations and different designs so far, but the ``Deep Six V3'', which includes this internal upgrade, has evolved beyond expectations.
The major features of this unit are its wide dynamic range and S/N ratio achieved by doubling the voltage to 18V using a charge pump circuit, and its high sound quality that is hard to believe is coming from a pedal-type compressor.
In addition, the blend knob allows you to freely mix the original sound and the compressed components, so the Deep Six V3 will never lose the lively, original tone of your guitar.
Furthermore, the newly added tone knob allows you to apply equalization only to the compressed sound (wet), allowing you to beautifully adjust the ``tone and sound density.''
These two controls allow for an overwhelmingly wider variety of effects than conventional pedal compressors.

*When using an AC adapter, we recommend using it in an isolated power environment to maximize sound quality performance (daisy chain connections are not recommended).
