Description

A completely custom-made, made-in-Japan model not found in the catalog! Brand new, slightly damaged, special price!

This custom-made model, while retaining the classic look of the TL type, is updated with a rock vibe. Crafted by skilled Japanese craftsmen, it is a special piece that combines unique ideas with traditional craftsmanship.

The body is crafted from ash, offering just the right amount of weight. It combines powerful, tight mid-lows with clear, articulate highs, creating a rich sound that takes advantage of the natural resonance of the wood. Though it's equipped with an active humbucker, it's not overly powerful, ensuring a manageable tone. It's suitable for a wide range of playing styles. The body shape, characteristic of a TL bass, is compact and easy to handle, making it comfortable to play on stage.

The neck is made of maple and the fingerboard is made of rosewood. The sharp, clear attack of the maple is perfectly intertwined with the warm midrange of the rosewood, resulting in a well-balanced tone. The bolt-on construction maintains a solid resonance and attack while also providing playability and stability.

The control section is equipped with large knobs unique to custom-made models. This provides excellent operability for live performances and recording, allowing you to instantly adjust volume and tone at your fingertips. Furthermore, the volume knob's push-pull function allows you to switch between series and parallel operation, enabling a wide variety of sound creation.

The HIP SHOT A Style bridge transmits string vibrations to the body without loss, and the Seymour Duncan SMB-4 pickups provide a wide range of tones, from warm, vintage-like tones to modern power.

This is a special, one-of-a-kind custom-made model that combines individuality and practicality. Don't miss this opportunity to try it out.

*There are dents on the side of the body and some discoloration on the metal parts, but this does not affect the performance at all.
