Maestro was the first company to introduce the world to the fuzz pedal.
Its sound became legendary in the Rolling Stones' classic song "I Can't Get No Satisfaction."
The FZ-M is an evolution of the original, delivering 21st century fuzz sound.
The all-analog FZ-M pedal is based on the original FZ-1, but produces a thicker, more modern fuzz tone, allowing for a wide range of sound creation.
Three types of control knobs are provided, allowing for intuitive sound adjustment.
The Attack knob adjusts the fuzz level.
The Tone knob allows you to adjust the tone to your liking, from bright and harsh to boomy.
The Level knob is used to adjust the output volume.
If necessary, it is possible to go far beyond unity gain (the signal coming out at the same level as it came in).
When the true bypass footswitch is engaged, the bugle LED above the Maestro logo lights up, allowing you to see at any time whether the pedal is active or not.
Although it is a second-hand item, there are only slight blemishes and scratches on the metal parts, and it is in almost new condition with almost no signs of use.
