Description
Limited quantity special price!

Ibanez, a pioneer in multi-string guitars, presents the RG 9-string model featuring Fishman pickups and a poplar burl top.

◆28" Scale, 9-String Model
This is an RG 9-string model with a 28-inch scale length.

◆Wizard 5pc Maple/Walnut neck
Aiming for a more natural sound and higher strength, it is constructed by combining maple and walnut wood in a 5-piece design.

◆Macassar Ebony fretboard
It uses Makassar ebony wood, which is as hard as ebony wood and has excellent sound projection.

◆Poplar Burl top / Okoume body
The body top is made of poplar burl wood, and the body is made of okoume wood, which is characterized by its warm mid-to-low frequency range.

◆Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Alnico / Fluence Modern Humbucker Ceramic pickups
It features a Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickup with a Fishman Fluence Voicing switch that allows you to select different sound modes (uses a 006P alkaline battery).

◆Gibraltar Standard II bridge
The extremely low-profile base plate design ensures a low profile and reduced stress during picking and strumming. Furthermore, the secure attachment to the body on all four sides provides excellent resonance.

【Axe Design Lab】
The reason Ibanez remains committed to being "innovative," "cutting-edge," and "pioneering" is because Ibanez has made it its mission to "maximize the creativity and performance of players of each era."

Regardless of skill level or years of experience, every player inevitably experiences hardship, worries, and sometimes hits a major wall. Ibanez aspires to be a "solution-oriented" gear that stands by and supports all challengers known as players, helping them overcome these challenges together.
To achieve this, we are willing to create cutting-edge guitars that are exciting, unconventional, and sometimes even considered unbalanced—guitars that no one could have predicted.

It's all for the players and their music who are living in the present.
Axe Design Lab is a new series that embodies Ibanez's brand identity.
