Description
[Used Istanbul Mehmet Nostalgia Hi-Hat 15-inch now in stock!]

-Istanbul Mehmet-

Mehmet Tandeger began learning cymbal making at the tender age of nine, under Mikael Zildjian, the grandson of the legendary cymbal master Kellopp Zildjian.

Together with his friend and colleague Agop Tomulcuk, he founded Istanbul. From a special alloy blend that is kept secret and meticulously hammered by hand by skilled craftsmen, each cymbal is crafted to produce the "Standard Model," which has a soft, resonant, and delicate sound. They also produce the Jazz Line Series, the Modern Series, and the Experience Series, which uses innovative ideas and completely new concepts. While preserving Istanbul's manufacturing methods, they continue to create cymbals that meet the diverse needs of today's music scene.

[Nostalgia]
Designed for acoustic jazz drummers, the Nostalgia Series Jazz Cymbals are a staple in Mehmet's jazz lineup.

~Hihat~
When closed, it produces a pleasant, cohesive ticking sound, and when open, it creates a soft, expansive, and rich resonance.
The subdued, elegant sound blends well with piano trios, small jazz ensembles, and acoustic ensembles.

Size: 15 inches
