Description
Special price due to minor scratches!

We have received the "140 CWE Spruce," an electro-acoustic guitar model produced to commemorate the 140th anniversary of José Ramírez, a leading classical guitar brand from Spain.

Based on the beautiful sound of traditional Spanish classical guitars, this model incorporates a cutaway and pickup, making it highly practical for modern performance environments such as live shows and recordings.

The guitar features a solid spruce top and solid Indian rosewood sides and back. The clear, responsive attack characteristic of spruce is combined with the rich overtones and deep bass unique to rosewood, resulting in a sound that is both soft and resonant, while still possessing the softness of nylon strings, and full-bodied and three-dimensional.

This guitar boasts the lustrous high frequencies and rich sustain characteristic of classical guitars, as well as excellent balance when playing chords. It's a versatile instrument that excels in a wide range of genres, from solo guitar to bossa nova, jazz, and pop.

The cutaway design allows for easy access to the higher positions. While employing a full-fledged classical guitar specification with a 650mm scale, it also takes into consideration the playability of an electro-acoustic guitar.

Furthermore, it features a pickup system, allowing it to be connected to an amplifier or PA system for live performances. Not only can you enjoy the rich resonance of the acoustic sound, but on stage you can also create sounds that take advantage of the soft tone unique to nylon strings.

Its appearance is also appealing, boasting the refined look characteristic of Spanish classical guitars. While simple, it features meticulous finishing in every detail, resulting in a guitar that embodies the tradition of José Ramírez.

Recommended for those seeking an authentic classical guitar sound while also being suitable for live performances and recordings.

This is a José Ramírez electro-acoustic guitar that combines the traditional sound of Spanish guitar with the adaptability to modern playing environments.
