The iconic "CUSTOM 24" from Paul Reed Smith! A 2012 Custom 24 has arrived in recommended player's condition pre-owned condition!

The only accessory included is a hard case, and the Eagle tag is not included. However, according to the specifications data from the PRS MODCAT Decoder, the body is made of a 2-ply construction with a figured maple top and a one-piece mahogany back. The neck is made of mahogany, and the fingerboard with bird inlays is made of East Indian Rossewood. The neck grip can be confirmed to be a Pattern Thin shape.

The original model features two 59/09 pickups made in 2009, but this particular instrument has had its bridge pickup replaced with a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB. You don't often see Paul Reed Smith Custom 24s with Seymour Duncan pickups, but the SH-4 JB is a renowned pickup, and this modified model has a familiar, rocking tone that's easy to use!
(The original rear 59/09 pickup is not included.)

The pickup structure features a bobbin shaped to match the escutcheon of the original 59/09 pickup in the front position, and a pickup surface shaped to match the fingerboard radius, resulting in a well-balanced sound for each string. The smaller gap between the escutcheon and the pickup reduces the likelihood of feedback at high volumes, and also prevents coil breakage due to picking. While feedback is already infrequent and coil breakage during picking is extremely rare, this is a PRS-like specification that thoroughly pursues stress-free practicality. The sound characteristics give the impression of increased power, while adopting the structure of the 57/08 series, with an increased number of coil turns. Although the output seems to be set higher, the sound characteristics, centered on the high frequencies, result in a well-balanced output with good clarity and sustain.

The controls consist of a 5-way Blade wiring with a master volume/master tone, but the wiring for positions 2 and 4 of the 5-way lever switch has been changed to the same configuration. Position 1 is the front humbucker, position 2 is the out-of-phase half-tone of the front outer and rear inner pickups, position 3 is the half-tone of the front humbucker and rear humbucker, position 4 is the same out-of-phase half-tone as position 3 (front outer and rear inner pickups), and position 5 is the rear humbucker.
The volume control is equipped with a high-pass capacitor, so the high frequencies are not cut even when the volume is turned down. This allows you to control clean/crunch sounds with just one volume control, even when using a distortion sound!

The Custom 24 continues to hold its top-selling position. This exceptional instrument, which continues to captivate many players, has now arrived in recommended player-grade used condition!

The guitar has numerous scratches and small dents throughout, visible dents in the wood, pick scratches, noticeable buckle scratches, scratches on the back of the neck, scratches and visible dents around the headstock, and some tarnishing on the parts, but none of these affect playability.
There is a crack in the front pickup's pickup ring, but it does not affect the current operation or playability.
This watch has undergone full maintenance and cleaning at our shop, so it's ready to use right away!
While there are many scratches, dents, and signs of use, it has been played extensively and sounds great! This is a recommended instrument for those who don't mind the scratches and are looking for a ready-to-play guitar!

The frets have been leveled and it's ready to use. Approximately 70% of the fret life remains.
The nuts are in good working order and function normally. The truss rods also function correctly for normal adjustments.

The electrical system has also been fully checked, so there are no problems with its operation.

The weight is approximately 3.15 kg. It's lightweight and has a well-balanced design that makes it easy to use.

As mentioned above, the only included accessory is the hard case. The key, tremolo arm, eagle tag, and original rear pickup are not included.
