MARCIN
Polish acoustic guitarist/composer/producer Marcin Patrzalek, also known as MARCIN, is known for his energetic approach to percussive acoustic guitar, which has its roots in classical guitar, which he started playing at the age of 10, and flamenco, which he later studied under the Spanish master Carlos Piñana.

His exceptional musical talent propelled him to victory in two major European talent shows and a semi-finalist appearance on America's Got Talent. His music videos and performances have garnered well over 150 million views online and have been featured globally by prominent media outlets such as Rolling Stone, Metal Hammer, Classic FM, Guitar World, and Billboard.

Once you experience his representative works, such as his arrangements of classical and rock masterpieces like Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and Symphony No. 5, and Led Zeppelin's Kashmir, as well as his original tracks like Snow Monkey, you'll fully understand why he's a standard-bearer of a new era and the charm he possesses.

This signature model is based on the Ibanez AE model that Marcin used to love, and features Ibanez XM bracing and a scratch pad that are reinforced with body tapping in mind. His attention to detail is evident not only in the design of the rosette, inlays, and bridge pins, but also in the hardware, such as the Fishman Rare Earth pickup and preamp that can blend magnetic and microphone pickups, and the Gotoh SGS510Z machine heads which are renowned for their stable operation and reliability.

- Custom bracing reinforced for body tapping: To accommodate Marcin's playing style, which heavily utilizes body tapping, in terms of both sound and strength, the Ibanez original XM bracing has been reinforced near the 6th string soundhole. This is particularly effective in achieving a rich palm sound.

- Scratch Pad: A scratch pad made of oil-finished solid Sitka spruce is equipped near the cutaway on the treble side of the body top. This provides a different flavor compared to direct contact with the body top when scratching or tapping, adding a unique touch to percussive playing.

- Fishman Rare Earth Mic Blend Active Soundhole Pickup: Achieves a natural acoustic tone through a blend control of neodymium magnet pickup and microphone.
This pickup offers low noise and high responsiveness. (Powered by 2 x SR44 1.5V button batteries)

- Solid Sitka spruce top, pau ferro sides & back
The body is constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top, known for its wide range of brilliant highs and rich lows, while the sides and back are made of pau ferro, which offers a well-balanced tone and rich midrange characteristics.

Regarding its condition, there is a scratch on the headstock as shown in the photo, but otherwise it is in excellent condition. The frets have plenty of life left, and the electronics are in perfect working order, making it ready for live performances!
