Established in 1993, the Gibson Custom Shop is dedicated to creating the ultimate electric guitars and basses through long-cultivated high-level manufacturing techniques, an insatiable spirit of inquiry, and carefully selected materials. Even today, the Custom Shop lineup, crafted using traditional handcrafting methods and thoroughly researched vintage knowledge, boasts unparalleled craftsmanship and will become the ultimate instrument to endlessly ignite the inspiration within each player.

This is a Japan-exclusive model based on the Standard Historic, featuring meticulous upgrades in every detail. In addition to the neck and fretboard, the body top is now joined using hide glue, resulting in a consistent, resonant tone. The body top features a more three-dimensional and deeper curve, and it also incorporates specially developed plastic parts for the top-of-the-line "True Historic" grade, resulting in a truly exquisite instrument.

And what you absolutely can't miss is the exquisite figured top, a carefully selected piece that exudes charm. The beautiful, exquisite wood grain, with its striking flecks, is perfectly matched with the popular Iced Tea color, creating a truly compelling presence. Equipped with the classic Custom Bucker pickups, you can enjoy a rich sound full of bite.

While there are some minor dents and scratches, scuffs on the back of the body, and slight cracks around the pickguard's top mounting screws, there are no deep scratches that detract from its appearance, suggesting that the previous owner took great care of it. Of course, there are no issues with playability, including the neck condition and electronics, and it is a guitar that you can enjoy for many years to come. A superb instrument that will satisfy both in looks and sound, so don't miss this opportunity!

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
