Guitarist Kazuki Isogai, whose mellow guitar sound rooted in genres like Hip Hop and Neo Soul has garnered immense popularity worldwide, supervised the creation of the BST-2-RSM, resulting in the upgraded "BST-2 KI-RSM/R-CTM" model, which boasts improved playability and a playful design.

◆Turbo Switch
Equipped with a "Turbo Switch" that produces a fat sound. When the switch is in the upper position, the front and center pickups are connected in series, resulting in a thick tone similar to a humbucker. This is suitable for lead playing and heavy sounds with distortion, further enhancing the sonic versatility.
This is a playful new feature that will lift your spirits when you turn it on.

◆Alnico 5 Magnet Pickups: This pickup set utilizes Alnico 5 magnets. It delivers a clear and powerful sound that can handle everything from crunch tones to high gain, while also excelling at producing sparkling clean tones, naturally bringing out the nuances of the player's expression.

◆High-pass filter: The volume control is equipped with a high-pass filter (Treble Bleed). On guitars without a high-pass filter, turning down the volume not only lowers the overall volume but also reduces the high frequencies, resulting in a slightly muffled sound. This function solves that problem, so even when the volume is turned down, the high frequencies are not reduced, and only the volume decreases while maintaining a sound close to that at full volume. The volume changes more naturally.

◆Bone Nut: The nut, a crucial point supporting the strings, is made of bone. Compared to resins such as PPS, it produces a more focused and cohesive sound. The texture unique to natural materials is also appealing.

◆Large size strap pin
It features oversized strap pins, similar to those used by the Momose brand. This securely fastens the strap and reduces the risk of the guitar falling while playing.

◆Head Design: The tip of the head features an original logo representing the Kazuki Isogai model.
The white tuning pegs add a touch of vintage charm to the guitar.

◆Similar to the BST-2-RSM, a roasted maple bass model, this model features a neck made of roasted maple with increased rigidity due to heat processing.
It is more resistant to warping and twisting, and its appeal lies in the mature, aged sound it produces.
