Introducing the new Bacchus Universe DX Series, a limited-edition production model! This is a 5-string active bass guitar.

The difficult-to-describe pearl white (PWH) color has been recreated based on a sample prepared at the Asuka factory, which produces high-end Japanese models. The soft, elegant shine creates a rich presence in the hand, and the finish changes appearance depending on the angle from which it is viewed. The headstock is also color-matched to the body, enhancing the sense of unity, resulting in a guitar that allows you to fully enjoy its beautiful appearance and rich texture. The black pearl pickguard also creates a contrasting sheen, adding depth to the design.

The body adopts the slim shape of Bacchus' long-selling model, WOODLINE, and the slightly smaller Dinky-shaped body makes it easy to hold and handle.

The neck is made of roasted maple, which is heated at high temperatures to evaporate the moisture and oils within the wood, increasing its rigidity and producing a rich, natural resonance and a vintage-like tone that has aged over time.

This model uses a black-dyed Purpleheart fingerboard.
Purpleheart is a wood that is naturally characterized by its slight purple appearance, but it has been dyed black to create a luxurious feel similar to ebony.It is a very hard material and is known for producing a brighter sound with a slightly higher peak than rosewood.
In addition, the WJB-1DX model uses stainless steel frets, which are harder than nickel silver, the material used for typical frets, and are less likely to wear down the fret threads, allowing for relatively long-term use.
The 5-string model features a 2-band EQ with an active circuit, allowing you to tailor your sound with fingertip controls. It delivers the noiseless, crisp sound you expect from an active bass.

The body heel has a "heelless cut" and the bush bolt area has been slightly contoured to allow for smooth fingering even when playing in high positions, a feature that is also used in many high-end models.

Compared to JB-style models like the "BJB," this guitar's slimmer, more maneuverable body style offers comfortable playability, making it popular with people of all ages and genders. Of course, since this is a brand with a reputation for quality, the level of perfection is unbelievable for this price!
