Description

Limited collaboration model with artist Fujiki Kaoru

[Morris Guitars]
Maurice has a long history as a domestic manufacturer and has a wide range of fans, from legendary musicians to amateurs.
The guitars, crafted by skilled craftsmen at our factory in Nagano Prefecture, boast incredible cost performance and offer a wide lineup ranging from folk style to fingerstyle.

"FE-ART HAPPINESS CIRCLE" is the latest release in the ART series, which was announced at the previous Sound Messe and sold out in an instant!
This is a limited edition model produced in collaboration with artist Fujiki Kaoru for Tokyo Musical Instrument Expo 2025.

The base model, the FE-91, is an all-solid, high-cost performance model with an orchestra-sized body that is easy to hold, an American cedar top, and African mahogany back and sides.
Its careful design allows it to produce a clear sound even with a light touch, and it has a rich, soft tone and beautiful, long sustain.

Only four were produced this time!
Of these four rare instruments, our staff selected the one that really caught their eye at the Musical Instrument Expo.
Don't miss it!!

-------------------------------------

Kaoru Fujiki - Translating your inner world into color and shape -
Born in Osaka.
Graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts. Worked as a freelancer, restoring cultural properties and creating Buddhist statues. Moved to France in his late twenties and stayed there for 15 years. Created many 3D craft works with the theme of "blooming flowers."

In 2022, he was suddenly overcome with the urge to "draw a picture on a guitar," and was able to naturally draw pictures on a guitar that he had been unable to draw on paper. He then had the feeling that "when the image in his mind takes shape, the world becomes harmonious."
Since then, he has continued to create with the theme of "making everyone who sees, plays, and listens happy," and has exhibited painted art guitars at "Sound Messe" and "Tokyo Musical Instrument Expo."
He is currently based in his studio in Ryujin Village, Wakayama Prefecture, where he continues his creative activities.

Comment on the instrument we have in stock: "I painted this with a sparkling feeling in my heart. I hope it brings happiness to everyone who sees it, plays it, and listens to it."
