FAQ

Description

This is a used 2013 Classic T with a P90 type pickup.
Our very own Michael Landau once used a model with similar specifications to this one, and it is a fascinating instrument that boasts a high level of perfection in its practical specifications that meet the preferences of experts.

Suhr Guitars are the guitars most desired by skilled guitarists who travel to numerous venues. They offer excellent playability in every position, low noise, a wide range of tones, compatibility with the latest equipment, and excellent response that directly conveys the player's inspiration. Suhr Guitars are professional guitars that combine everything a top guitarist desires!

This guitar features a 3-Tone Burst alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard in a traditional 60s-style Classic T finish. The "Landau Headstock," which is no longer available for order, also makes a big impact. The 7.25-inch radius and medium-sized frets, which are small for a Suhr, give it a vintage feel and make it easy to switch between old and new guitars. The bridge saddles are 3-Saddle Vintage T, allowing for fine tuning of the octave pitch. The brass saddles create a vintage look and a thick, bright tone that will resonate with TL fans!

The pickup in this model is a JST-style P90 model "S90" in the neck position, a perfect match for the TL shape. The fat yet clear, "usable" neck pickup sound opens up new horizons for the TL type. Even in the mixed position, it retains the crisp, metallic tone characteristic of the TL type, while also possessing a three-dimensional fullness that gives it depth. The SSCII, which reduces single-coil noise, uses an active circuit in this model, outputting a pure sound with minimal impurities. The 9V battery that powers the active circuit is stored under the control panel.

This pre-owned guitar is in excellent condition, with minimal signs of use considering its age. While there are minor picking scratches and tarnish on the metal parts, there are no noticeable dents or fret wear due to use, and the guitar is in excellent condition both visually and playably. The rubber material underneath the S90 neck pickup, which provides additional height, has shrunk over time, causing the neck to slant slightly. To address the issue of the pickup selector cap easily coming off, which is common with TL-type guitars, a thin layer of masking tape has been wrapped around the selector switch shaft.

This is a simple yet surprisingly rare Classic T that is easy for the discerning player to use. Get it now at a great used bargain in good condition!
