A pre-war reproduction of the D-28! Used Martin guitar now in stock!
This guitar is packed with features that will be a hit with fans of the vintage D-28, including forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, ivoroid binding on a herringbone top, diamond and square fingerboard inlays, butterbean-type tuning machines, long saddles, a V-shaped neck, a tortoiseshell pickguard and string pin dots, and a lightly stained top that looks like it has aged over time.
Product Condition: There are scratches and dents throughout the guitar, and it shows signs of use. The binding was peeling, but we sent it in for repair, including a full adjustment. There are plenty of frets remaining and the neck is in good condition, so it is in perfect player condition. A pickup has been installed as an aftermarket replacement, and an LRBaggs Lyric condenser microphone has been installed.
The hard case is damaged, but it comes with a Martin gig bag, so we are offering it at a bargain price.
