K.YAIRI is a Japanese brand that has maintained its craftsman spirit since the 1970s, with the motto "Made in Japan, from a workshop in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture," and a style of handcrafted production by a small, elite team of around 30 people.
The brand offers a wide range of products, from custom models to affordable models, but its commitment to making everything in Japan has made it popular not only in Japan but around the world, with fans all over the world.
The FBL120C is a new model from Yairi Guitars aimed at fingerstyle guitarists.
Based on the "BL shape" with a grand auditorium-sized body, it features a long 648mm scale and 44mm nut width that are popular with fingerstyle players, allowing for flexible adaptation to a variety of tunings and fingerings.
The bracing structure has been redesigned to include a revised tone bar mass, resulting in a tone that is deeper and richer in overtones than ever before, while still retaining the rich bass and long sustain that are characteristic of solid rosewood guitars.
The neck shape is a VU shape, with a V in the low position and a thinner U in the high position. This allows for smooth position changes, even when moving between distant frets, without feeling the difference in neck thickness.
Furthermore, the machine heads used are the Gotoh 510 series, allowing for delicate tuning.
