This is a retailer-original order model based on the popular WL4-ASH/RSM model from the Bacchus Global Series.

Roasted maple is a type of maple wood that has been heat-treated at high temperatures to evaporate moisture and oils, thereby increasing its rigidity. When used in a neck, this effect extends not only to stability but also to the sound, producing a rich, resonant tone and a mature, aged vintage-like tone. This new Bacchus product lineup brings this high-quality specification, often used in premium models, to a more affordable price range.

This guitar features an ash body, allowing for a wide range of tones that cover many genres. It also boasts a finish that further accentuates the wood grain. Like higher-end models, it features a turbo switch, enabling series connection of the two single-coil pickups. This creates a pseudo-humbucking sound. In this mode, the Front Vol knob is active, and the Rear Vol knob is bypassed. The nut is a Graphtec TUSQ nut, highly regarded for both its functionality and sound, contributing to tuning stability.

While there are signs of use such as minor dents and tarnishing of parts, the neck and electronics are in good working order, and there is plenty of truss rod and fret life remaining. Don't miss this attractive bass that's perfect for casual, reliable playing.
