~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item. ~~~~~
Entirely New Headless Experience - Q (QUEST) Series
The establishment of technically-oriented playing styles, advances in instrument manufacturing, and the never-ending demand for light, portable guitars have all led to the creation of many headless guitars, some of which far surpass classical guitar designs.
However, even with these advancements, Ibanez still believed there was more potential in this field.And so the Q (Quest) series is the new headless guitar option that Ibanez has prepared.Of course, this was not a case of converting an existing model to a headless guitar or assembling a collection of headless parts, but rather a new quest to develop an entirely new guitar from scratch.
We studied the playing styles of various players and pursued uniqueness and originality in everything from parts such as pickups, bridges, and string locks to the body design. The Q is the result of this pursuit: a headless guitar that satisfies the insatiable curiosity of guitarists who continue to explore their own possibilities, regardless of genre.
Features :
Ergonomic body design
It features contoured and cut-out details throughout to suit a variety of playing styles, and its complex yet sophisticated design ensures the ultimate in playability.
Compact and light weight, yet resonant body
Despite being a solid body, it's surprisingly lightweight and compact, yet still delivers a rich, warm, woody tone.
Quilted Maple top / Nyatoh body
The body top is made of quilted maple, which has a beautiful grain and provides fast picking response, while the body is made of Nyatoh wood, which has excellent mid- and low-range characteristics.
Parallel Wizard 3pc Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck
The Parallel Wizard neck maintains a consistent 19mm neck thickness throughout its entire length. This provides incredibly comfortable fingering for players who hold the guitar high up, while the 3-piece roasted maple and bubinga construction provides excellent stability and durability.
Slanted frets
All frets are angled evenly at an 8-degree angle. Many modern players tend to hold the guitar higher in order to perform advanced, complex techniques such as tapping, fingerstyle, and slap playing. When held higher like this, the four fingers pressing down on the strings naturally tilt slightly inward. The frets are angled to match this, allowing for a more natural feel when playing.
"R1" "Q58" SSH pickups
This SSH configuration combines the single-coil pickup "R1" designed for the Q with the humbucker pickup "Q58." Both pickups are designed to provide a balanced sound across the entire frequency range, making it easy to create sounds with effects. The low frequencies are clear and powerful, while the high frequencies are bright and clear, without being harsh or harsh. The low noise also makes it an excellent match for both digital and analog effects. Recommended for those who want to enjoy both single-coil and humbucker sounds.
dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch
With the flip of a mini switch, you can freely switch between humbucker mode and single-coil mode, creating nine different sound variations. The neck and center single-coils are wired in series to simulate the sound of a 24-fret neck humbucker. This switching system is ideal for modern guitar players who need to perform multiple roles with limited equipment.
Custom string lock
Ibanez's new Custom string lock offers a simple, one-piece design that's durable and easy to change strings, allowing you to use your favorite gauge and brand of strings without the need for specialized strings.
Mono Tune bridges
The intonation has a wide range of adjustment, making it easy to tune down one step or even further. String height is also easy to adjust. The number of parts that make up the saddle has been minimized to achieve a natural sound that allows the resonance of the guitar itself to shine through.
