The Anniversary Series, created in 1958 to commemorate the company's 75th anniversary, is now available in a recommended player's condition used 6118 Anniversary model! This particular model was manufactured in 1993. The 3-way toggle tone control has been modified to a tone pot.

This is an anniversary model produced in 1993 to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Gretsch, and is a reissue of the "6118," which was released in 1958 as a model to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the company's founding.
A notable feature is the commemorative plate on the headstock, engraved with "1883-1993".

With its maple body and ebony fingerboard, this guitar delivers a bright, articulate rockabilly sound unlike typical full-acoustic guitars. The sophisticated smoke green finish adds a touch of elegance and presence!
This guitar combines the rich, airy tone characteristic of a full acoustic guitar with the crisp attack of a Filter'Tron pickup. Its distinctive feature is its versatile sound, offering clear distortion in crunch mode and a transparent tone in clean mode, making it suitable for any genre. The G-cutout tailpiece, with its carved-out G logo, is another reason for its popularity!

We have just received a used guitar in player's condition! This is a 1993 model manufactured by Terada Musical Instruments.
As mentioned above, the 3-way toggle tone control has been modified into a tone pot. (Original parts are not included.)
While there are some scratches and dents throughout, buckle scratches on the back of the body, pick scratches on the pickguard, scratches on the back of the headstock, overall paint discoloration and tarnishing, and scratches and tarnishing on the hardware, we have performed a full maintenance and cleaning at our shop, so there are no issues with its current playability.

The frets have been leveled. It is currently usable, but the frets are quite low, with approximately 30% remaining.
The next time the frets wear down, you may need to have them replaced at a repair shop, along with a nut replacement. Please consider this before purchasing. The nut is currently in good working order. The truss rod is also in good working order for normal adjustments.

The electrical system has also been fully checked, so there are no problems with its operation.
The weight is approximately 3.49 kg. It offers a balance that makes it easy to use while producing a solid, focused sound.
