A 2024 model, the 000-28EC, the signature model of the King of Guitars, Eric Clapton, has arrived as a used item!

A major turning point in Martin's history was their appearance on MTV Unplugged in 1992.
Since its debut as a signature model in 1996, this model has remained incredibly popular even 30 years later.

There are two major differences when compared to the current 000-28 Standard.
One key feature is the thick V-shaped neck profile. Clapton's preference for a comfortable, substantial neck profile results in superior vibration efficiency, which is arguably the source of its thick, sweet tone.
It has a distinctive shape, but once you get used to it, you'll become addicted to this model's unique feel.
The second point is that even the neck is finished with a gloss finish.
Compared to the standard model, it boasts a more luxurious and sophisticated look.

The following work is performed at our partner workshop upon arrival at our store.
- Neck angle adjustment - Fret leveling - Saddle replacement (bone)
- Body binding and body end cell bonding - Overall setup The neck condition is good and provides comfortable playability.
While there are some minor scratches, dents, and tarnishing on the hardware, as is typical for a used item, it maintains a relatively clean appearance considering it's a more recent model.
There is one paint crack visible on the top center line (near the bridge), but it does not reach the wood, so we have determined that it does not pose any problems for current use.

A fat, warm, and powerful midrange sound.
The powerful sound achieved with a 000 shape is unique to the EC model.

In recent years, Martin guitars have seen a noticeable price increase due to price revisions.
This pre-owned guitar, perfectly set up in our shop, is one we confidently recommend and a must-have for any Clapton fan.

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.

■ Stock

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed at the time of dispatch.

■ Taxes & Duties
