Arai Trading was established in 1956. Around 1963, they began manufacturing electric guitars, and after going through brands such as Arai and Arai Diamond, they established the acoustic guitar line Aria and the electric guitar/bass guitar line AriaProII. Since then, they have produced numerous masterpieces, including the flagship "PE" series that continues to this day.

【body】
The total weight is approximately 3.85 kg. The body (wings) is made of ash wood in a bright, natural color, and the wood grain is clearly visible, giving it a luxurious look despite its affordable price range. There is some damage commensurate with its age, such as scratches, dents, paint cracks, and tarnishing of the metal parts, but the paint still retains its shine and it can be said to be in relatively good condition.

【neck】
This guitar features a 5-piece maple/walnut through-neck construction with a rosewood neckpiece. There are small dents scattered across the back of the neck. The tuners function properly, although there is some inconsistency in their winding. The frets and nut show some wear, but there is no extreme buzzing or dead spots, and playability is good. The nut width is approximately 43.6mm. It has a relatively thin but solid neck width.

[Electrical System]
The controls are arranged as follows: from top to bottom on the knob side [1 volume / 3-way pickup selector switch / booster volume / 1 tone], and on the rotary/switch side [6-way tone selector / booster switch / dual sound switch * 2 / phase switch]. It's a jam-packed control scheme typical of this period, but it's surprisingly easy to use as all the controls are practical.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
